DEUBLIN FACTORY REPAIR & DEUBLIN SERVICEKITS

DEUBLIN Company offers a factory repair service for the rebuilding of DEUBLIN unions. Factory repaired unions are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

We provide serviceskits for your maintenance, SERVICEKIT BASIC, to replace all seals of the rotating union. This servicekit is also known as C-type servicekit and SERVICEKIT PLUS, to replace all INNER parts of the rotating union, including rotor and bearings. This servicekit is also known as B-type servicekit.

SPARES EXPANDING EQUIPMENT | SPANNTEC - RIMOR - DOUBLEE - IES

INNER TUBES (ROUND)
Inner tubes or inner hoses, suitable for central air pneumatic winding shafts and winding chucks, are available in various sizes to fit many makes and types of air shafts.

OUTER TUBES (FLATS)
Outer tube hoses or lay-flat hoses are most commonly used for pneumatic shafts with expanding stripes (continious lugs). Available in a wide range of sizes.

EXPANDING LUGS (Lug shafts)
A very wide range of expanding lugs are available from spares.meefil.nl. Materials are Natural rubber, Polyurethane, Aluminum or Steel.

EXPANDING STRIPES (Stripe shafts)
Expanding stripes or long lugs for expanding strip-type winding shafts. Materials are Natural rubber or Aluminum and tailor-made. In our overview you will find the most commonly sized and shaped stripes.

AIR VALVES (Various models)
Required for in- and deflating of expanding equipment. Available with various type of thread, either Midget-type (SEV-K) or AV-type (autovalve).

ODDITIES
Stripe type shafts come with not only a flat hose. Inner parts need to be replaced along with the hose. We have the parts available for you. In- and deflating tools, required for flawless operations, with or without manometer.
